What you would do:
- Grow the customer volume, drive sales and increase profitability
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by creating a positive, high energy, and safe environment for customers
- Managing through a variety of challenges related to equipment troubleshooting, technical issues, production, and customer service
- Maintaining equipment, chemicals and other supply inventory

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the auto detailing industry
- Must have EXCELLENT time management skills
- Age requirement: 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- A high level of initiative and the ability to drive the business
- Availability to work long hours and a varying schedule to meet the needs of the fast-paced environment
- The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
- Frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and lifting for long periods of time should be expected for this position
- Must have VALID Driver’s License and excellent driving record
